I have a lot of friends who live in Chattanooga, so I visit here often. Each time I try to go at least one place that's new. So if you're going anytime soon, the two places I liked the best this trip were Adelles Creperie and The Stone Cup!
But I also love the Bluff View Art District. The Hunter Museum of Art is there, and there’s a lot of stories about it being haunted. Allegedly, one time late at night police officers saw people dancing in windows, and notified the security, but they said there was no event going on and the dancing they had seen was from the ballroom of the mansion. ~~~~oooo spooky. Okay, but also there is this old baby stroller that was left in the mansion from when the original family lived there. And apparently when it was placed on display it would MOVE ROOMS. And so according to a friend I know who works there, they keep the stroller in the basement. You know.... just in case.
This trip was short, but needed. Chattanooga is a beautiful place and there’s a lot to do there, so if you ever have a chance to see it, GO! :)
